Have you ever Winsor Pilates and works?
I just purchased the Winsor Pilates Exercise thing with the ring included. Are still postpardom, but good shape (I think) I did the first 10 minutes of video HTE and killed me. I want to know before you go on killing me really works or is a waste [...]
