Body Fitness Challenge

Exercise plan using ball, band and light weights?

hi please help if you can.
I’ve got a resistance band, medium strength, a fitness ball and 4lb weights.
I do a lot of cardio and I want to tone up, sculpt and lose fat.

I want a series of exercises I can do using my equiptment and toning my Whole Body. I want to spend about 30-40minutes each evening. I don’t have a big room.

I want a resistance workout thats going to really challenge me and quickly shape up my body. Im willing to work hard at it.

It’s great. They have several exercises for the fitness ball and I think I even saw some with bands! They have it for your core, upper body, and lower body! They even demonstrate how they should be done. And best of all it’s free! You don’t have to sign up to see it but I did because it has a great calorie/fitness tracker on it. Best of luck!
