Someone has used Tony Little Gazelle workout machine?

Im just curious because its in my room and I havent had time to use it and I want to try it. Runs well?

Only works if people actually use it. If you get on it – and continue to move with determination for 30 minutes – you get a good aerobic workout. If you get three or four minutes at a time – can not do much. at least 30 minutes – more – to get a good combustion of aerobic conditioning, fat. If you are still in good condition – and start getting out of breath – try to slow down. It is more important to keep moving for a long period, rather than doing so quickly. Speed will come in time, as you create resistance. The more you – the faster you will be able to move – and the longer you can do. Going faster burn fat faster – going more burns more fat. But you must do so for at least 30 minutes, in any case, otherwise not really good fat-burning aerobics out of it. my ex-girlfriend was one of those. I used a couple of times – can be an intense workout if you work in a dynamic way. The key to a good aerobic conditioning is just to maintain the moving body, breathing hard, and with a heartrate elevated for a prolonged period of time – any time spent the first 20 minutes is thought to be aerobic, which is why I recommend it for at least 30 minutes – which would in 10 minutes of good fat-burning aerobic workout. I get most of my workout swimming or cycling – But if you use the gazelle at home – during the news or a rerun of Friends – or for one hour during the CSI – is much better than sitting on the couch for the same period time.
