Food Fitness Blog

Fitness and Weight Loss online journal or a community?
I am looking for a site that can help track my progress in a loss program weight without telling me what to do. I just want a place that will keep a food diary and keep track of exercise I did. Perhaps a place to keep a blog or share with other people who are trying to lose weight. Does anybody know of a place like this? I just looked at FitDay but I really like it. Any suggestions? Course if it's free, it would be terrible!
I think that has a Slimfast. It shows what to do, but you can edit and add what you did. Found one for you https: / / www.my-calorie-counter.com
